Refrigerator Pasta

So last night I was babysitting and making everyone homemade buffalo chicken and I forgot to keep some plain chicken aside for my own dinner 🍗 This meant I had to get creative and use whatever I could find in the refrigerator!!! Luckily, the family is so lovely to me and got me some red lentil pasta I could eat whenever I was over! That’s when my creative juices got flowing and I created this deliciously flavored pasta 🍝 enjoy 😊

Ingredients: 🔅Pinch of salt 🔅Pinch of oregano 🔅1/2 cup of red lentil pasta 🔅Handful of kale 🔅5 pieces of bacon 🔅1/4 of an onion 🔅olive oil To Make: (one serving) 🔅bake bacon in oven at 375 for about 10 minutes 🔅chop onion into small bits that look like rice 🔅boil red lentil pasta and drain once soft 🔅place crushed bacon, onion, and pasta into a pot with olive oil, kale, and spices 🔅heat all ingredients until kale is soft and wilted I hope you love this as much as I did! It may seem like an odd combination but I promise it’s so delicious.
