Refrigerator Pasta

So last night I was babysitting and making everyone homemade buffalo chicken and I forgot to keep some plain chicken aside for my own dinner 🍗 This meant I had to get creative and use whatever I could find in the refrigerator!!! Luckily, the family is so lovely to me and got me some red lentil pasta I could eat whenever I was over! That’s when my creative juices got flowing and I created this deliciously flavored pasta 🍝 enjoy 😊 ⁣

Ingredients:⁣ 🔅Pinch of salt ⁣ 🔅Pinch of oregano ⁣ 🔅1/2 cup of red lentil pasta ⁣ 🔅Handful of kale ⁣ 🔅5 pieces of bacon ⁣ 🔅1/4 of an onion⁣ 🔅olive oil ⁣ To Make: (one serving)⁣ 🔅bake bacon in oven at 375 for about 10 minutes ⁣ 🔅chop onion into small bits that look like rice ⁣ 🔅boil red lentil pasta and drain once soft ⁣ 🔅place crushed bacon, onion, and pasta into a pot with olive oil, kale, and spices ⁣ 🔅heat all ingredients until kale is soft and wilted ⁣ I hope you love this as much as I did! It may seem like an odd combination but I promise it’s so delicious. ⁣
