Refrigerator Pasta

So last night I was babysitting and making everyone homemade buffalo chicken and I forgot to keep some plain chicken aside for my own dinner šŸ— This meant I had to get creative and use whatever I could find in the refrigerator!!! Luckily, the family is so lovely to me and got me some red lentil pasta I could eat whenever I was over! That’s when my creative juices got flowing and I created this deliciously flavored pasta šŸ enjoy 😊 ⁣ ⁣

Ingredients:⁣ šŸ”…Pinch of salt ⁣ šŸ”…Pinch of oregano ⁣ šŸ”…1/2 cup of red lentil pasta ⁣ šŸ”…Handful of kale ⁣ šŸ”…5 pieces of bacon ⁣ šŸ”…1/4 of an onion⁣ šŸ”…olive oil ⁣ ⁣ To Make: (one serving)⁣ šŸ”…bake bacon in oven at 375 for about 10 minutes ⁣ šŸ”…chop onion into small bits that look like rice ⁣ šŸ”…boil red lentil pasta and drain once soft ⁣ šŸ”…place crushed bacon, onion, and pasta into a pot with olive oil, kale, and spices ⁣ šŸ”…heat all ingredients until kale is soft and wilted ⁣ ⁣ I hope you love this as much as I did! It may seem like an odd combination but I promise it’s so delicious. ⁣
