Refrigerator Pasta

So last night I was babysitting and making everyone homemade buffalo chicken and I forgot to keep some plain chicken aside for my own dinner šŸ— This meant I had to get creative and use whatever I could find in the refrigerator!!! Luckily, the family is so lovely to me and got me some red lentil pasta I could eat whenever I was over! Thatā€™s when my creative juices got flowing and I created this deliciously flavored pasta šŸ enjoy šŸ˜Š ā£ ā£

Ingredients:ā£ šŸ”…Pinch of salt ā£ šŸ”…Pinch of oregano ā£ šŸ”…1/2 cup of red lentil pasta ā£ šŸ”…Handful of kale ā£ šŸ”…5 pieces of bacon ā£ šŸ”…1/4 of an onionā£ šŸ”…olive oil ā£ ā£ To Make: (one serving)ā£ šŸ”…bake bacon in oven at 375 for about 10 minutes ā£ šŸ”…chop onion into small bits that look like rice ā£ šŸ”…boil red lentil pasta and drain once soft ā£ šŸ”…place crushed bacon, onion, and pasta into a pot with olive oil, kale, and spices ā£ šŸ”…heat all ingredients until kale is soft and wilted ā£ ā£ I hope you love this as much as I did! It may seem like an odd combination but I promise itā€™s so delicious. ā£
