Refrigerator Pasta

So last night I was babysitting and making everyone homemade buffalo chicken and I forgot to keep some plain chicken aside for my own dinner š This meant I had to get creative and use whatever I could find in the refrigerator!!! Luckily, the family is so lovely to me and got me some red lentil pasta I could eat whenever I was over! Thatās when my creative juices got flowing and I created this deliciously flavored pasta š enjoy š ⣠ā£

Ingredients:⣠š Pinch of salt ⣠š Pinch of oregano ⣠š 1/2 cup of red lentil pasta ⣠š Handful of kale ⣠š 5 pieces of bacon ⣠š 1/4 of an onion⣠š olive oil ⣠⣠To Make: (one serving)⣠š bake bacon in oven at 375 for about 10 minutes ⣠š chop onion into small bits that look like rice ⣠š boil red lentil pasta and drain once soft ⣠š place crushed bacon, onion, and pasta into a pot with olive oil, kale, and spices ⣠š heat all ingredients until kale is soft and wilted ⣠⣠I hope you love this as much as I did! It may seem like an odd combination but I promise itās so delicious. ā£
