Caramel Mug Cake

I am incredibly excited to announce that I'll be working with @sweetapricitycaramels to create some new AIP and Paleo sweet treats using their fabulous caramels and marshmallows. So, this spook season šŸ‘», get ready for the best AIP and Paleo fall treats you've ever tasted šŸ˜‹. ā£ ā£

As a college student, I'm constantly surrounded by delicious temptations so when I get home my mouth is watering for a tasty confection. I usually make my own single serve chocolate mug cake! ā£ ā£ Ingredients:ā£ šŸ”…1 egg (for AIP replace with 1 gelatin egg)ā£ šŸ”…1/3 cup of almond flour (for AIP replace with coconut flour or cassava flour)ā£ šŸ”…1 TBS of cacao (for AIP replace with Carob)ā£ šŸ”…1 @sweetapricitycaramels sea salt caramel ā£ šŸ”…1 TBS of honey or maple syrupā£ šŸ”…coconut oil to grease ā£ ā£ To Make:ā£ šŸ”…grease your mug or ramekins šŸ”…place all wet ingredients in ramekin and mix ā£ šŸ”…slowly integrate dry ingredients ā£ šŸ”…once batter is mixed thoroughly, place salted caramel in center at the bottom of ramekin ā£ šŸ”…put ramekin in microwave at high for 1 minute and 10 seconds ā£ ā£ Let cool and enjoy with your favorite AIP or Paleo milk. The cake will be cooked thoroughly and have a deliciously sweet thin caramel puddle at the base. ā£
