I cannot express enough how obsessed I am with these sugar cookies. I’ve made 3 batches in the past week! What’s great about them is that they pair nicely with all different toppings and can be ready in 30 minutes!!
Ingredients 🔅2 cups of almond flour 🔅1 egg 🔅1/4 cup of maple syrup 🔅1tbs of coconut oil 🔅1tsp of baking powder 🔅1/4 tsp of salt 🔅1tsp of vanilla extract To Make 🔅preheat oven to 375 🔅put all ingredients in bowl and mix until dough forms 🔅put parchment paper on cookie sheet 🔅make small balls of dough and place on sheet evenly spaced (they do not expand so it’s ok for them to be close) 🔅Tap the tops of the dough until they are flat 🔅if you want to get fancy you can roll them in chopped almonds, coconut sugar and honey, or coconut! 🔅bake for 15 minutes and let cool 🔅top with jelly or arrowroot frosting* *arrowroot frosting is just 1/4 cup of arrowroot flour, 1tbs of water, and 1tbs of maple syrup
