Good morning everyone! I am not a morning person and when I started this healthful eating journey, having limited breakfast options made me even less of a morning person.
One of my favorite treats when I was little was English muffins with jam. Well guess what I found in Whole Foods yesterday? Paleo English muffins and jam! To Make 🔅broil one of @mikeys English Muffins for 5 minutes 🔅spread your favorite jam and almond butter on your muffin 🔅sprinkle toppings like fresh fruit and chopped almonds Enjoy! Hope this makes you a little bit more of a morning person!
