Ginger Tea

One of my first jobs was babysitting for families in my area. To this day, I have a very good relationship with them. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

One of the kids just had surgery on her spine and developed what they think is pneumonia. I’m very worried about her!! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Although it’s not much, I hate feeling helpless in situations like these, so I made her some ginger tea. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Have you ever tried ginger tea? First of all it is SO spicy, but secondly, it kicks any sickness out of you in about 2 seconds. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🔅Ginger contains gingerol which has extremely powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidants effects. It is fantastic for people with autoimmune diseases. Gingerol also lowers the risk of infections because it inhibits the growth of bacteria!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Next time that you are feeling under the weather, try making some ginger tea ☕️ you can mix it with honey, lemon, and cinnamon for a refreshing flavor. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝘛𝘰 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦:⁣⁣ 🔅peel your ginger root and then grate it into a pot filled with water ⁣⁣ 🔅put lid on your pot and simmer for 1 hour ⁣⁣ 🔅enjoy and feel better! ⁣
