Check out this delicious summer treat that is easy to make, fun to eat, and 100% AIP friendly! โฃ โฃ

๐๐ฏ๐จ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฅ๐ช๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ด:โฃ ๐ 1 cup of @ottos_cassava_flour ๐ 1/2 cup of water โฃ ๐ 1/4 cup of olive oilโฃ ๐ 1 lb of stir fry chicken or steak โฃ ๐ 1 avocado โฃ ๐ balsamic vinegar or coconut aminos to taste โฃ ๐ salt and garlic powder to taste โฃ ๐ 1/2 an onion โฃ โฃ
๐๐ฐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ (๐๐ฐ๐ณ๐ต๐ช๐ญ๐ญ๐ข):โฃ ๐ mix cassava flour, water, and oil in a bowl โฃ ๐ knead dough into a ball and place onto parchment paper โฃ ๐ use rolling pin or bottle to flatten dough โฃ ๐ once flat (1/4 inch or thinner) flip into a heated pan and fry on either side for 4 minutes or until crispyโฃ โฃ Pro tip: cassava flour can fall apart easily so do not roll the dough too thin. Do not use your hands to pick up the dough, keep on parchment paper and flip the parchment paper into pan and peel the paper off from the dough. Itโs a bit tricky, but youโll get the hang of it :)โฃ โฃ ๐๐ฐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ (๐๐ช๐ญ๐ญ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ): โฃ ๐ Combine meat, spices, and onion into a pan with a little bit of oil and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until meat is cooked and onions are soft โฃ โฃ Once both items are cooked, put the filling on the tortilla and sprinkle some sweet balsamic or coconut aminos on tops with freshly sliced avocado. Enjoy!
