𝘐𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴: 🔅1 cup of @ottos_cassava_flour 🔅1/2 cup of water 🔅1/4 cup of olive oil 🔅1 lb of stir fry chicken or steak 🔅1 avocado 🔅balsamic vinegar or coconut aminos to taste 🔅salt and garlic powder to taste 🔅1/2 an onion
𝘛𝘰 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 (𝘛𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢): 🔅mix cassava flour, water, and oil in a bowl 🔅knead dough into a ball and place onto parchment paper 🔅use rolling pin or bottle to flatten dough 🔅once flat (1/4 inch or thinner) flip into a heated pan and fry on either side for 4 minutes or until crispy Pro tip: cassava flour can fall apart easily so do not roll the dough too thin. Do not use your hands to pick up the dough, keep on parchment paper and flip the parchment paper into pan and peel the paper off from the dough. It’s a bit tricky, but you’ll get the hang of it :) 𝘛𝘰 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 (𝘍𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨): 🔅Combine meat, spices, and onion into a pan with a little bit of oil and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until meat is cooked and onions are soft Once both items are cooked, put the filling on the tortilla and sprinkle some sweet balsamic or coconut aminos on tops with freshly sliced avocado.
