Alright so because of my almond flour, red lentil, and egg reintro Iโve been leaning more towards Paleo recipes than strict AIP. But omg do I have a recipe for you guys today...best thing about it...itโs 100% AIP friendly. โฃ โฃ

I found a delicious crust recipe from Predominantly Paleo and made my own filling. โฃ โฃ ๐๐ณ๐ถ๐ด๐ต ๐๐ฏ๐จ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฅ๐ช๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ด:โฃ ๐ 1 cup of cassava flour โฃ ๐ 3/4 cups of water โฃ ๐ 1/4 cup of olive oilโฃ โฃ ๐๐ช๐ญ๐ญ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐๐ฏ๐จ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฅ๐ช๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ด:โฃ ๐ 1 Ib of beef โฃ ๐ 1 carrotโฃ ๐ 1 mushroom โฃ ๐ 1/2 an onion โฃ ๐ 1tbs of garlic powder โฃ ๐ 1tbs of nutritional yeast โฃ โฃ ๐๐ฏ๐ด๐ต๐ณ๐ถ๐ค๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ด:โฃ ๐ preheat oven to 350 and line cookie sheet with parchment paper โฃ ๐ mix all Crust ingredients together with your handsโฃ ๐ using a rolling pin, flatten out dough to about a 1/4 of an inch thickโฃ ๐ using a cup or cookie cutter, make circles in the dough โฃ ๐ put 2tsps of filling in the center of the circlesโฃ ๐ fold over circles to make a semicircle and pinch ends together leaving the center puffy โฃ ๐ place on cookie sheet and in oven for 15 minutes โฃ ๐ once cooked, place in a pan with heated olive oil and fry on either side for 5 minutes โฃ ๐ let cool and enjoy with coconut aminos
